SECUSO
CORPORATE IDENTITY / PRINT / APPS / UX
For over two years I have been in charge of all design disciplines within the research group SECUSO, the interdisciplinary group relocated to a different University during that time.
After an extensive strategy and identity process we developed SECUSO's corporate design as well as its Privacy Friendly Apps series. As the In-house Designer, I designed all the way to the point of printing materials, educational platform graphics, app icons and conference presentations.
I am delighted to have been working with those specialists.

#digitaltransformation, #research and #privacyfriendly — The research group collaborates interdisciplinary: Among others, the group consisted of computer scientists, mathematicians, psychologists and me, visual communication designer.
They research methods for the development and evaluation of user-friendly security and privacy protection measures as well as awareness, education and training measures.
SECUSO commissioned me to create a modern, responsive and adaptable privacy-friendly app series. We developed a clear-structured system, with the option to expand the variety of apps: such as the plan to publish privacy-friendly smarthome apps.
The research group SECUSO moved from the Technical University of Darmstadt to the University of Karlsruhe. During this move a new Corporate Identity had to be developed.
The group conducts research on security and privacy. In their research, they use the so-called 'human centered security and privacy by design' approach. The main ambition behind the Corporate Identity was to communicate this human centered expertise in the security sector. Therefore, we adjusted the icons within the logo.
In addition to the expertise, we worked on translating the former TU Darmstadt measures into the new KIT measures. Based on the logo in which also the colors were adjusted to the Corporate Identity of the KIT, I redesigned printing materials as well as educational platforms.
